Moreh IshiYAH YisraEL came into the knowledge of ELohim in 1987, on Montgomery Road & Brewster Ave, under the teachings of the late Moreh Elesha YisraEL  and Tyreh YisraEL.  After relocating to Atlanta, Georgia in 1989, IshiYAH became a Moreh in 1992. In 1994, under the direction of Moreh Elesha, Moreh IshiYAH started The House of YisraEL of Atlanta Georgia. As an ordained minister, Moreh IshiYAH was also a pioneer in co-founding The Restoration of the Sacred Laws Conference of The Most High, which was upheld for over 27yrs. In 2002, Moreh IshiYAH then relocated to North Carolina and started The House of YisraEL of Raleigh. After Moreh Elesha's passing, Moreh IshiYAH returned back to Cincinnati in 2015, establishing the Feed the Poor Tour, while also continuing the work of Zephaniah 2 and teaching YAH's word as the Senior Moreh of The House of YisraEL of Cincinnati located at 2330 Kemper Lane.

Mowreh ObediYAH Yisrael was born & raised in Cincinnati Oh,  where he came in the knowledge in Sept. 2006 where he sat under the teachings of Mowreh Elesha  & Mowreh Dan Yisrael for several years..Mowreh ObediYAH held several positions in YAH sanctuary such as making psalms unto YAH, being a reader, doing Current Events & was promoted to be a Mowreh by his teacher Mowreh IshiYAH in June of 2018. Let all that have breath give praise unto the Mighty ELOHIM whose name alone is YAHWEH by saying HalleluYAH!!! The mission & goal to magnify his law & make it honorable continues.
